Hi, I'm
MuhammadAli Khalid
About Me
Full-Stack Developer.
Always building.
I'm Muhammad Ali Khalid, , a full-stack developer focused on building reliable, scalable, and practical software. I enjoy turning ideas and complex problems into products that people can actually use.
My work spans the full stack — from designing backends with Django and building responsive React interfaces to working with databases, APIs, and real-time systems using WebRTC. I care about writing maintainable code, understanding how things work, and shipping software that solves real problems.
I'm currently open to full-time opportunities and freelance collaborations. Have a project or problem in mind? Let's build something.

Portfolio
Recent Work
Voice changer
Voice changer written in C using the WORLD vocoder, compiled to WebAssembly. Initially, the app architecture was that a Django backend processed videos server-side, creating significant server load and requiring users to upload and download their media. I researched WebAssembly and redesigned the architecture to run all processing directly in the browser. This eliminates media uploads and storage, keeping users’ data entirely on their device and removing privacy concerns.
Court Piece Rung Game
A real-time multiplayer Court Piece Rung, a popular South Asian trick-taking card game. Players join lobbies powered by Supabase, then establish WebRTC peer-to-peer connections through the host for gameplay. Once the match starts, game data is exchanged directly between players, with a TURN server ensuring reliable connections across networks.
Checkers
Multiplayer Checkers game (American variant) with no backend. Available online in browser and Android (APK via GitHub releases). Uses WebRTC for peer-to-peer connections, enabling near-zero-latency multiplayer. No TURN relay fallback, so connections may fail on mobile data or restricted office networks, but should work reliably on typical home Wi-Fi.
